To properly execute any building design a set of Construction Documents is required.

Construction Documents are the graphic representation of the proposed project and contain all the necessary information and the guidelines to be followed to build the project.

  • "As-Built" is Step One in your remodel project!. These drawings show the existing conditions of your home before you start any construction.  We perform as-built surveys in San Leandro CA and surrounding areas.

  • Architectural Design is Step Two for your project. 

 

Here is when we develop your dream house, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, deck, addition, ADU, or office renovation.  We listen to your ideas and make thoughtful suggestions to create and make the best of your project and that meets city requirements.

  1. Contact us and tell us about your project. We'll schedule an appointment to start the Site survey and Measurements. There, we will consult with you on your desired project so we can develop a design of your ideas.    

  2. Technical drawings with the most advanced and accurate software.

  3. We'll sit down with you to explain the design that we developed of your project which best suits your needs.

  4. Once accepted your approval of our consulting work of your project,  our team will produce the construction documents for building officials for submittal. We will consult with the building officials and submit all drawings ( architectural, electrical, structural and title 24) We'll make sure your remodel or addition complies with local and state building codes.

  5. We will finish the consulting for approval of your drawings.

  6. Ready to estimate and build.
